Rules of the Game
The Quick Hits
A simplified summary — full rulebook handed out at the combine.
- 5-on-5 Olympic format. Rush 7 yards out.
- Two 20-minute halves with a running clock.
- Two popper flags per player — pull either to record the down.
- No blocking. No diving. No contact.
- First down at midfield. Run on any down outside of the run zones.
- Mercy rule applies at 24+ point differential in the second half.
